Currently the Arcadia Propeller Sales and Service,
this building has had many proprietors: Wilson's Garage; Arcadia
Garage and Sales Company owned by Louis Kuenzer, who sold Ford
automobiles; and Ackerman's garage and Mobil Gas Station. the
boarded area on the east wall of the building is where autos entered for
repair service. In the early 1980s, the Birdland Realty office
occupied the building.
