Spruce and 2nd Streets
This home was built by Leo Tondu as his personal
residence. Mr. tondu was the contractor for all the structures at Camp
Arcadia as well as dozens of other homes and buildings in Arcadia. In
1955, the home was purchased and renovated by the present owners.
