The southeast corner of the Carriage House has a dining room and kitchen exhibit. The dining room has an old Victrola, a formal dining table and chairs, and an organ in the background. The kitchen has a metal table and chairs, a cookbook, and period utensils used for mixing a cake. In the background on the right is an early electric range, miscellaneous utensils, and other work-saving gadgets. New for 2012 is the black stove in the back, a Yucatan Eclipse Cast Iron Stove made in 1893.
