This exhibit has tools used for farming in the Arcadia area. For example, the lower left corner has a barrel churn used to turn whole milk into cream and other milk products. According to the 1897 Sears Roebuck Catalogue, a five-gallon churn can produce one or two gallons of cream (and cost $2.85).
